Variety: 100% Assyrtiko
Vinification: Alcohol fermentation for approximately 20 days in special stainless steel tanks - ageing in French oak barrels for approximately 6 months.
Notes: A golden hue with a refined bouquet of citrus fruits and vanilla, with a full body and rich, lingering aftertaste. Best served at 9-10°C with spicy hors d’œuvres, smoked fish, pasta and white cheese.
